Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK will be shipped on a DDU basis, where customs fees, duties and taxes must be paid by the customer receiving the order.
Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The small print says we reserve the right to deliver goods up to 28 days after date of order, although we expect to process orders within 1-3 business days.
Returns
All items sent back to Morrow’s Outfitters (including the box, care card) should be returned in complete condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
To return or exchange the item, please email customercare@morrowsoutfitters.com for a ‘Returns Form’ . Please place the ‘Return Form’ in with your return items.
We strongly advise that all goods be returned via a recorded method of delivery (i.e. Royal Mail signed for, Royal Mail Special Delivery or via a courier) and that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post and Morrow’s Outfitters will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and you will remain billed for lost items
Morrow’s Outfitters does not cover the cost of returns (unless stated otherwise). To do this we would have to increase the price of our products and we don’t want to cost you more money by doing this.
Sorry, due to Health & Safety reasons, we can not allow customers to drop off their items to our warehouse, under any circumstances.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after receipt. You will receive an email to confirm once the refund has taken place but it may take a few days to show on your bank account.
Please note we will only refund the postage and packaging charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order.
Exchange
Exchanges will be dealt with as soon as we receive your returned goods. If the exchange is for something of a higher value we may require some of your card details again. Alternative products can be exchanged according to our stock availability. If we do not have the desired replacement you will receive a full refund and an email confirming this.
